Though born and raised in other parts of the Netherlands, I've been happily living in Amsterdam for some years now. I am and have been a medicine student for a substantial part of my adult life, and therefor never had time for a formal artistic education. However I have been lucky enough to get exposed to model drawing and the company of quite some talented dutch artists and friends.
I am currently a part-time character designer for Emerald Games where I am developing the look of 100 playable characters based on the four seasons, set in an alternative fantasy version of North America. Needless to say, it's AWESOME.
